On Wednesday November 2, 2011 an believed 4,500 protesters became a member of Occupy Oakland's general strike in Downtown Concord. Turnstyle spoke to Jaime Spector, who introduced her two-year-old daughter towards the strike and stated it was vital that each generation be symbolized there to ensure that the content would resonate broadly.

TS: Why do important that you should bring your daughter for this protest?

They begin to see the changes mother has needed to make due to incongruencies within our economy, so they are directly affected and that i attempt to show them this affects the quantity of mother can put towards your higher education. Sooner or later our conversations will begin to change, whether or otherwise college will probably be a choice whether it will likely be worthwhile.
