@wolfy3ilmm if you try to live off of a 500 cal a day diet without the HCG hormone you will be starving ALL THE TIME! the hormone helps to curb your appetite and you get full off of the greens and even the chicken youre eating. a lot of people have tried the 500 cal diet with no hcg and they dont last more than a week. tried this diet and did it to a T even bought oil free makeup, soap and all the foods that were on the list. I weighed my food and did not cheat. I did it for 8 days and yes I lost 8 lbs! I was happy about the weight loss but I found I was STARVING I had no energy and my mood level was worst than when I was pregnant.The reason I lasted 8 days was because I nearly passed out in the store. I would not recommend this diet. Eating 500 calories cannot be good for you. Just my own experience
