Grateful for an additional Year

One can't help but worry when to date from a person's physician and hospital. I had been looking for a lot of fun, and blocked my disease from my thoughts. Thanksgiving, my agenda this season was to get along with my "large" family and family members -- individuals who support me and my documents.
