The infamously sharp-tongued chef, author and host of "Anthony Bourdain: No Bookings" makes a full time income from circumnavigating the world looking for the best cuisines, found within the foothills of northern Maine, the mysterious shores of Cuba or even the publish-Cold War glamour from the Czech Republic.
Now, Bourdain (who passes Tony) is preparing for another ambitious Travel Funnel project. In "The Layover," Bourdain offers to explore a whole selection of eateries -- "from dive bars to 5 stars"-- inside a given city during the period of just 24 to 48 hrs. Without doubt that infamous Tony wit is going to be left intact, because he offers to be "high octane, gritty, caffeinated and going with a feeling of emergency."
As fantastic and all sorts of-encompassing as his Emmy Award-winning career endeavors are, however, the 55-year-old Bourdain is greatly a household guy in mind. He and wife Ottavia Busia -- an Italian native that has made an appearance on several instances of "No Bookings" -- welcomed daughter Ariane in 2007, a minute he calls his "greatest accomplishment."

@TurtLePimpin different people have different ideas. Well, I've never tasted Pho in Cali since I stay in Seattle. But still I many people here said Pho in VN is better.
