Jon Bon Jovi was dead, have you heard? Should you did, you experienced the hoax that Pennsylvania music performer Jeffrey Goho has accepted he began.
Goho told the Asbury Park Press on Tuesday he'd been peeved that Bon Jovi made an appearance to become investing his time everywhere but behind a microphone. What exactly better method to encourage a man to depart the restaurant business and also the movie business alone compared to tweeting he's, you realize, dead.
"Long story short, I had been speaking to my band people on their own down-time, and that we got so upset within the conversation, I simply type of required the freedom and began [the rumor], because I had been so inflammed," Goho told the Asbury Park Press.
He began the rumor in mid-December on the friend's Twitter account, he stated, or on the fake account, based on which team you believe. And, gosh, who expected everything retweeting (the storyline from the hoax was popping for the days at latimes.com -- and on the way, one wee blog even acquired The Occasions' Michael Jackson dying story and transformed some words around to really make it about Bon Jovi, based on our L.A. Now pals).
Bon Jovi themself poked repeated fun in the rumor in a 12 ,. 19 concert in Nj, mentioning into it several occasions and pretending to consider frantic telephone calls from buddies who'd heard this news, the Star-Ledger reported. That whenever posting a "proof of existence"-style photo by which he declared, "Heaven looks nearly the same as Nj."
"I never really thought it might get free from Pennsylvania," stated Goho, who at 30 looks like it's undecided about the way the Internet doesn't pay much focus on condition lines. Remarkably (not), he stated he was "slammed" with hate tweets within 24 hrs of posting the made-up-news-that-wasn't-news.
But after a little reflection, he stated, he recognized Bon Jovi was, through his non-musical business efforts,  really doing good stuff that provided more venues where men like him and the Minutia bandmates could play.
"I was quite wrong," Goho stated.
We believe Bill Cosby would agree totally. As well as each one of these individuals who apparently died last December.

"Lord, I got to ask a favor and I'll hope you'll understand 'cause I've lived life to the fullest. Let the boy die like a man" great music, great lyrics
im 14, and almost every song that i like and will listen is from before 2000. both of my parents were totally confused when i was talking about metallica, guns n roses, and bon jovi and that i was listening to music "from their time", but we all just have to admit that no one from my generation will ever be able to top people like johnny cash, steppenwolf, the scorpions, a-ha, journey, van halen, etc. people today suck...(katy perry, nicki minaj (who i hate worse than anyone), rebecca black,..)
nothing like a cold beer and classic hair bands, with bon jovi and the rest of the greats!!!!!
@WalksThroughLife I love Bon Jovi...I'm 52 now, and was lucky enough to see them in Louisville in the 80's...much, much younger then. They were great. I miss the good old days.
Can I just give the costume designer on this video KUDOS!! Anytime I can see Jon Bon Jovi shirtless...ok, basically shirtless...it's a good day! Oh and it goes with the theme of the video/movie too.
